Reagan and his team performed quality work and did all that they promised. Crew size was ample and team works well together.My unit was located at the upper floor with many steps and a big hill-none complained. Lastly, my floors were covered and they left all areas clean.

Reagan and the team at Total Plumbing did an entire re-pipe of my house, installed a new hot water heater and new fixtures in my master bath. Everyone is professional, courteous and friendly. Reagan is great at communicating, replying to texts promptly, keeping you informed of arrival times and answering questions thoroughly. The work is outstanding and they go above and beyond with attention to detail as well as quickly rectifying any issue. When Reagan says he's going to do something, he follows through! Such a rarity for home service providers!

We had Total Plumbing do a chlorine treatment on our water well. They did a very good and thorough treatment and then follow up purge of the water lines. They were hard workers, knowledgeable in the complete process, and on schedule.

A faulty installation of a toilet about 6 years ago resulted in a leak resulting in severe damage to the sub floor, floor joists and the vanity. Reagan and his team fully restored the bathroom in a professional manner using high quality components for any necessary replacement items. Throughout the remediation process they answered questions and explained what they were doing and why. I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend RTZ and its owner Reagan Thomas. He is smart, professional, and tidy. He responded immediately by phone and gave us a quote within a day. The work was completed in 2 weeks. With all the rain in our area, normally it would take months to schedule companies. Ours was a small job which many contractors avoid, but not Reagan. His price for our French drain that included cutting across our paved driveway was extremely competitive. We also asked him to bid on an adjacent project: rebuilding a storm outlet. We were losing our driveway to sinkholes! Reagan did both projects in 2 days while we were away. We were blown away by how tidy he left the area and how professional the job was done. Again, we highly recommend Reagan for any drainage issue. He knows his stuff and does it right!

Reagan and his team are the absolute BEST! Extremely professional and very hard working! Also, very intelligent! I have an old house in Durham that had serious drainage issues (old blocked terra cotta pipes, etc). Reagan immediately figured out what needed to be done to correctly solve the problem. I was very confident in his assessment. He was able to start on the job the following week, and within one week they completed tearing up my yard and installing 8 new functional underground drainage pipes that hooked up to my new downspouts and drained out to the road. They left the work site ship-shape. They worked non-stop and I was never worried about the outcome. I am so very impressed with their work that I have hired them to do my monthly lawn/yard care.
